[About EXPRESSIVE PORTRAIT DEMO]

*For any experienced-level of artists who have been drawing or painting in any medium.

*Workshop runs in English.

Artist, Zin Lim will demonstrate how to make expressive portrait artwork from a photo, introduce all material he use, explain about his design plan, step by step work process and will answer for all questions during demonstration as well as after completion of a work.

Through the demo, lecture and Q&A, you will learn -

1. How to choose and use material.
2. How to hold charcoal/brush and apply.
3. How to create interesting textures and patterns.
4. How to move on stage by stage.
5. About basic composition with visual elements.
6. How to avoid tight rendering but expressing.
7. How to style-shift from realism to loose/painterly look.
