- You can cancel your order by email to zinlim@gmail.com within 24 hours after your placement of order.

- You can send email of refund request with the receipt of the return shipping of artwork within 7 days of the delivery. (You are responsible for the return shipping cost including insurance during the delivery). As soon as it's delivery back with the same original condition, refund will be processed.
